Payment
Subscriptions are paid by card through a PayTR payment link or by bank transfer. Prices exclude VAT. Card details are entered on PayTR's page; VesselCall never sees them.
Frequently asked questions
Why are prices not listed on the site?
Port count, range and volume needs vary a lot between companies. After a demo call we send you the right plan and price in writing.
What does the trial include?
14 days with 2 ports, up to 20 nm range and 50 e-mails. The trial works with real vessels and real recipients; you can start in test mode if you prefer.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the period. When downgrading you choose which ports to keep.
What happens when the quota runs out?
Sending stops when the monthly quota is reached and you get a notification, with an early warning at 80%. The quota resets at the start of each month and extra quota can be added.
